New Dynamic Leaderboard Points System: More Ways to Climb the Ranks!

Hey Kindred Friends!

We’re excited to introduce new ways for you to earn points and climb up the leaderboard. 🎉

Now that our first campaign has ended (on October 15th), we’re leveling up the game by adding more opportunities for you to gain leaderboard points beyond just the Care Index score.

Here’s how you can stack up those points starting now:

🎮 Active Points

Active points come from completing interaction with your Kindred Companions. Here’s how you can earn:

🎯 Daily Missions: 15 Points

Complete your daily tasks and get rewarded for staying consistent. Easy points, every day! Each completed daily mission gives you 15 points.

📅 Monthly Missions: 25 Points

Bigger missions mean bigger rewards. Knock out those monthly challenges and watch your leaderboard rank soar. Each completed monthly mission gives you 25 points.

🏆 Ultimate Reward: 100 Points

Score the ultimate prize and rake in a massive 100 points! Don’t miss out on these rare chances. You can grab the Ultimate Reward for FREE by completing all of the monthly missions.

🏡 Visit Friends: 5 Points/Friend

Drop by your friends' places to say hi! You’ll get 5 points for each friend you visit, capped at 10 visits per day. No repeat visits with the same account though—spread the love!

🌍 Visitor: 2 Points

Be a social butterfly! Get 2 points for visiting other friends' spaces (capped at 20 visits/day, no repeats).

🤝 Refer Friends: 100 Points

Invite your friends and earn 100 points every time a friend joins through your referral. A referral counts when a new user use your code when signing up, completed the onboarding guide, and claim daily rewards three times. Help them level up and you’ll climb the ranks too!

🆙 Level Up Your Kindred: Scale to Your Level

Help your Kindred grow and evolve, and score points every time you level up! (i.e. if you level up to level 10, you get 10 points!) Maximum points is 50.

🔥 Streak Rewards:

Keep up your streaks and grab bonus points as you go:

• Day 2: 2 Points
• Day 3: 3 Points
• Day 4: 5 Points
• Day 5: 7 Points
• Day 6: 9 Points
• Day 7: 10 Points

Stay consistent for bigger streak bonuses every day!

✨ Click Dark Matter: 1 Point

Every time you spot and click Dark Matter, you'll get 1 point. Keep your eyes open for these rewards!

💤 Passive Points

Passive points are based on your Care Index score, updated every 30 minutes per session (sessions occur at XX:00 and XX:30).

• Score Above 70: You earn 10 points.
• Higher Care Index Score? You’ll get a multiplier on your points:
  Points = 10 × ((Care Index - 70) / 100 + 1).

💡 Important: To earn passive points:

1. Be active (interact with your Kindred by feeding, patting, picking up, etc.) within 20 minutes before the session ends.
2. AFK for more than 20 minutes in a session? You won’t get the passive points for that session. Stay engaged to keep earning!

📅 Important Dates:

• At 00:00 UTC on the last day of the month, players who make it to the Leaderboard will receive special rewards! 🏆

💡 Pro Tip: Stack up these points to secure a top spot on the leaderboard. It’s not just about caring for your Kindred anymore—every action counts, so get involved, explore, and have fun!
